  9.  WAIT.EXE    <--When running "events" with Time Runner, the "event"
  10.                 MUST take more than 1 minute, or it will be run 
  11.                 again, because it is still 'that time'.  So...
  12.                 Add WAIT.EXE to your batch file, and it will clear
  13.                 the screen, and wait for the time to change, and 
  14.                 then continue; this way the same "event" will not
  15.                 be run again.
